- A Warranty applies if your machine malfunctions because of workmanship or materials (highly unlikely). We will repair it free for the first year. Send it back to us and if we can't fix it in five days we'll send you a FREE LOANER. Nobody else offers this service.
- Training and Technical Assistance includes two weeks of intensive training for you and your employees in Portland, OR. Application technology will be taught and updates given. After the initial training, you can call for technical assistance during regular business hours. With our 25 years of experience, we have seen many situations and can guide you through something new. We can also offer on-site training in your shop for a slightly higher fee, call for details.

Why Training?
To ensure that everyone knows how to operate the machine correctly without damaging it. During your training, we'll show you tips and tricks to make the job easier. If you're used to plastic fillers, it may take some time to learn new techniques, but if you've seen or done lead work, you'll be able to catch on quickly. You and your employees will be required to sign non-disclosure paperwork which ultimately helps protect you from competitors.
How to Order
- Check our locations page to be sure that there are at least 100,000 people between you and the next machine.
- Once you've completed your research, use UPS (the delivery company with the brown trucks) to send your non-refundable deposit of $3000 to us at 1420 S.E. Township Rd, Canby, Oregon, 97013. The remaining $17,000 of the $20,000 purchase price is due before you begin training and receive your machine.
- We don't start purchasing the raw materials and components for your machine until your first $3000 arrives. From there it takes us 30 days to manufacture your machine.
